Good selection, helpful staff, but left me w/o balloons. I wenet shopping here for supplies for my son's birthday party - they have a good selection compared to other local party stores. I was able to find party hats at this store, having not found them at any other party store in Duluth. The staff person was very helpful (I presume, the owner) in finding what I needed. I pre-ordered balloons for my son's birthday party while there, but when I went to pick them up a few days later, the store was locked, closed up, no sign of anyone having been there, despite a sign on the door listing that the store should be open. I called a few days in a row to inquire as to what happened and request a refund, but nobody answered the phone. I assume something happened in the owner's family, but I was disappointed to be left without my balloons the day of the party.

Unique & helpful. Occasions decorated for my company last winter and they did an excellent job. We are using them again this winter and am looking forward to it. The staff put a unique spin on things.

nice selection. I don't typically write reviews, but I wanted to say that Occasions has a very nice selection when it comes to napkins, plates, etc. I was impressed with the customer service too. The staff helped me pull together birthday supplies/decorations for a party for my aunt. Would recommend.

Highly recommend!. This is my second time visiting this store and it was another great experience. The staff was good to work with and helped me find what I was looking for. Every time I come to Duluth to see my grandkids, I stop by to pick up some balloons. Would highly recommend.

Balloons!. We bought balloons here for my son's birthday and they lasted a few weeks! Very impressed :-)

Great store!. Everyone at Occasions Party Store is very friendly - great customer service. Beautiful flower arrangements and a great selection of party supplies.
