Love this store. In response to Mr.Key's irate post, I've always found Party America to be a fantastic shopping experience. The staff is helpful and the selection is enormous. I also know for a fact it is locally owned. The owner has waited on me in the store more than once and she lives in Cotton, MN.

Horrible Service!! Don't Recommend, go elsewhere.. I have been in the store twice and each time I have never been approached if I need help and they were very rude. Won't look at you, nor offer assistance. They didn't have the products I was looking for which were solid color napkins and plates, something a party store should carry. I also was needing balloons and to try to find someone to help me with this simple task was a pain. I went down the hill and found Occasions Party Store which had the colors I was looking for at a better price and my balloons. Never again will i go into Party America! I found my new party store!
