refund run around... Bought a used lap top while on vacation. It started overheating day one. Had to bring it all the way back (3 hrs). Paid cash originally, they issued refund in form of a personal check (unheard of as far as we were concerned, but) we went to cash it at their bank to avoid having to drive back- their bank basically detained,finger printed and questioned my husband for more than 40 min! We had never been treated that way in our lives! If I were you, I would avoid the hassle and stay away.

Head still spinning. I took my computer to Computer Renaissance in Duluth. I told them that the light comes on but nothing else. Will not turn on. They took my 50 dollars down for diagnostic purposes. I called them 3 days later and the person on the phone told me that they couldn't do anything, "it wouldn't turn on." Probably a mother board or something wrong. Duhhhh. Okay well I will take my 50 bucks back then. He said, sorry but that is for the diagnostics fee. I said, "what diagnostics?" Well I said thanks for nothing. I was duped again.
