Pizza Hut charged me for 28 hour delivery.
I placed an order Monday at 4:30pm. Called back at 6:10pm on status of order, I was told pizza just came out of the oven and was the next order to be delivered. I called every half hour after 7pm but no one picked up. I stopped calling at 9:30pm. I called back Tuesday to ask what happened but got no straight answer. Rather than a refund I got credit. I called back within an hour to place another order hoping to use my credit; instead I was told there were none. I wanted to talk to a manager and had to call four times since I was routed to a call center based in California and I was constantly being hung up on. After numerous calls (still unsuccessful in getting a hold of a manager and being told I had no credit) I was finally able to connect to the Pizza Hut located on London Road. They found my credit and finally placed my order.
It was definitely not worth the 28 hour wait!
I shared this story with my company and we will no longer place orders through Pizza Hut.
Nice People Ignore My Daughter.
I am Riggy's mother. I am sorry about the hurtful things she says sometimes. She is only 24 and lives in my basement with her 45 year old husband.
I give them coupons to go eat at the buffet sometimes and she is rude. I give them money to get out of the house. She is always saying people are trying to steal her man. I saw she was visiting this site and thought I would let you know.
I have asked her to stop. I am sorry for the bad things she says about your business. Obviously I need to cut back her allowance. Maybe then she will appreciate the food I provide her.
Pizza Hut Rocks. I disagree with another review. I often dine in for buffet and the waitress they talk baout on hre is very friendly and courteous to our needs. She always makes conversation with my girlfriends and i who work at an area health care business.AND WE ARE FEMALES. Maybe some people just get threatened by someone so bubbly and well intending. She always asks how our day is going and whats new in our lives and how our children are doing. i think it is her job to chat with customers and when 80% are probably guys i am sure she knows many of them on a personal basis to where they know about her life.. I guess this "riggy" must have never been to Hooters. I personally dont like servers who dont chat and are impersonal. i highly doubt she meant to offend anyone.
they need different waitresses. My husband and I have a hard time going there though we love the deep dishes. ONe particular waitress ( name starts with D) dark haired younger lady ..Always works when the buffet is going... She always openly flirts with the men and totally ignores the women . Takes the guys dirty dishes NOt ours..Not sure if she is looking for a tip or what .. HAve had other friends that used to go there say the same thing..They no longer go either.. We went there to eat and relax.. NOT Listen to a waitresses personal life problems or watch them "come on" to our spouses.. somebody should talk to there workers.. before they lose anymore business
This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies..
In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.
