GREAT place to get PERMANENT MAKEUP. SHERYL, their permanent makeup ARTIST (and she IS an artist) gave me permanent eyebrow color and eyeliner. I also had her give me semi-permanent lip color. This is one of the BEST THINGS I HAVE EVER DECIDED TO DO IN MY LIFE!!!

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS, AND HAVING THIS DONE HAS IMPROVED MY LIFE SO MUCH!!! I used to spend way too much time "putting on my face". Now, it's a breeze because the most important, and most difficult, procedures have been eliminated!!!

I wanted to have this done in case I ended up in a position where I couldn't do my face--if I ever become hospitalized, etc.. (No kidding! I couldn't go to the mail box without my makeup on!) But, this past summer, I found out how REALLY AWESOME it is when my eyes, etc. DON'T SWEAT OFF!

And, after decades of avoiding swimming pools, I CAN FINALLY GET MY FACE WET IN PUBLIC! I don't wake up with "racoon eyes,"either ! And I can't tell you how GREAT IT IS TO GO TO A RESTAURANT OR PARTY AND NOT HAVE TO KEEP CHECKING TO SEE IF MY LIPSTICK HAS WORN OFF!

NOW for the BEST part: Sheryl not only gave me permanent "eyes" and 'lips"-- she gave me eyes and lips that look TOTALLY NATURAL!!! People who know me well don't even realize that I had this done unless I TELL THEM ABOUT IT!!!

Sheryl is so friendly and personable that I felt like I was having these procedures done by my best friend! (In fact all the employees, that I talked to, at A Touch of Plasch were wonderful, friendly, and helpful!)

I could go on and on about what a pleasant experience I had, but I'm running out of space. However, I do want to point out that Sheryl USES INKS THAT ARE COMPATABLE WITH MRI MACHINES!!! Not ALL inks are like that so, wherever you decide to have this done, MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF THEY ARE!!! I would also encourage you to ask if a NUMBING AGENT is used. Sheryl DOES use one, but some other technicians do not!!!

Friendly, low-key, ask for Jodi!. A decent place for haircuts; the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the stylists seem to know what they're doing. There is a mix of ages there among clientele, I do see older people there (I am under 30), so if you're concerned about that, I recommend making your appointment with Jodi. She does an amazing job on young, stylish cuts and really listens to you. She also does not push you to buy product at ALL (in fact, I would have had to ask for it if I wanted it). Reasonable prices (about $27 for a typical woman's haircut).
