DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS. I am a complete feminist, and with respect to Dannie and what she has done, she is a very rude person. Everything at the store is cheap, and it would be heaven on earth of consignment shops if the owner wasn't so rude. I was there looking for a dress for a play I was going to and I had taken my little girl with me in a scooter. I asked her if it would be possible to park the scooter inside the store so it would not get stolen, and she declined very rudely. I have been sneered at and yelled at and my friends and I call her the hanger nazi because she is extremely rude about asking you to do something and acts like she is very superior. A completely unpleasant woman, and ruins my experience every time I go.

I have heard that one can find great treasures for good deals at this store, but the owner is a bag. Very rude and nasty. So.....if you're looking for friendly warm fuzzies....shop elsewhere. I plan on checking it out and searching for items, but not looking for awesome/friendly service. I've been warned by many!!!

dannie duluth review. Nice quality clothing, friendly staff, and good prices. Dannie Duluth has regular sales of 50 to 75% off the marked prices. The store has been a local Duluth stopping spot for all of us who like the variety of clothing that is in store.

Danny Duluth Review. Wow, this is the best place to shop for high quality fashion. Everytime I stop in I find exactly what i'm looking for without all the high prices.. Ladies this is a one stop shopping plus. Keep up the good work!!!

If you love being treated like a peice of s**t. Do Not Do business with this company unless you love being treated like a peice of s**t. Frankly I think they deserve 0 out 5 stars because one implies that they actually have anything to offer this world!

The first time I went to Dannie Duluth was to look for a formal dress for a fraternity/sorority event. I saw this nice blue dress that had some flaws in the stitching but was in fairly good shape. I asked one of the employees to get the dress down for me so that I could try it on. The lady turned to me and said "That won't fit you" with a sneer on her face. So I asked what the size was, for which she replied an 8. I told her I wanted to try it on and she begrdugingly let me. I tried it on and it fit perfectly, I bought the dress against better jusdgement but I left feeling hurt and like a fat cow the way she treated me.

I hadn't returned in year, but did so just today because my mom and sister were visiting. This same women, who I would later find out is the owner, was equally as rude. I went into the fitting room to try on a blouse. I left the fitting room for a minute to use a mirror. In the 30 seconds i was out of the fitting room she had gone in there and taken all of my personal belongings out and said "We don't allow fitting rooms to be reserved, we are a busy store and are doing business" I turned to her and said I came out her to use a mirror and wasn't even gone for a minute, she goes "Well thats our policy!" Just to mention all of the fitting rooms were empty and so was the store! And she clearly knew who I was, she could have addressed me personally instead of removing my personal belongings from the fitting room. This women clearly has no common sense or decency.

All I can say is terrible service and never do business with this company!

Very Rude woman-should not be in business. The owner of this store is extremely rude. She made me feel as though she was doing me a favor by taking in my expensive clothes many of which still had the tags on. She threw some things back at me refusing to put thm on consignment because "the color was too dark". I guess she doesn;t realize she needs people to bring things in if she is going to make money. She should not be in business. After I left the store i felt terrible about the way I'd been treated. I will not go back either to buy OR sell.

Rude business woman, beware not trustworthy!. I had the same experience as oceaneyeskt, she told me the exact same thing! Dropped off beautiful business suits which my daughter wore as a stock broker which were of high quality, black, fashionable and a size 4. After she accepted them she told me you sold here before and slammed down a piece of scratch paper and told me to write down my phone number. I doubt I was still in her computer as it was many years ago. I shopped in her store for a while and then went back to the counter get a receipt for the items and she responded what are you buying? I told her I was there to pick of my receipt for the items I was leaving. She then told me I don't have time for that and pointed to her sign stating go online and rudely turned her back to me. I left the store shocked and never heard nothing since, hope the suits didn't end up in her closet. I wish I would have kept these clothes. I should of learned the first time I dropped off 2 formals and was told I could have them back. Danni went on vacation for the summer and I was told by her employees that I would have to wait till she was back from vacation to get these dresses back. When she returned she told me it had been too long. I don't frequent her store often but the few times I have I have witnessed her being rude to her customers. This does not sound like a good business woman to me! I have had good experiences selling in other consignment stores in Superior and was treated with respect and trusted them. I was given the choice to pick up any unsold items or donate. This way I have proof that the items were indeed donated!
