The water line to my dishwasher broke and there was water EVERYWHERE! It had went through my floor into the lower level of my house. I was panicked and called Loyear Restoration Services. Jeff came to my house 20 minutes after my call. He was very professional and let me know how he was going to handle my situation. He explained how everything was going to be able to be dried and nothing would have to be torn apart. He had the hardwood floors and family room below the kitchen dried and the carpet reinstalled in three days. My house was as good as new. A+! Thank you Jeff and Loyear Restoration Services!

After I had a small kitchen fire I was at my wits end as to how I would get all of the smoke damage out of my house. Loyear Restoration came through for me 100%! I couldn't believe how fast they came to my rescue. The whole team was incredibly professional and I would never use a different company for any of my fire/cleaning/water damage needs. It is important to me to thank Loyear both personally and publicly. I greatly appreciated the knowledge, dedication and hard work to resolve my water damage issues. I don't believe that there is a person or company that would have gone the "extra mile" like you and your employees did for me. Everyone from Loyear was professional and did their job extremely well. I have already told my friends and family if they ever have a problem to use your company. Thanks again!!!

Super Happy With Loyear's Services!!!. Where do I start? First, I want to say I'm thrilled with Loyear Cleaning & Restoration. Always a friendly voice on the phone and accommodates to my work schedule (easier than setting up a cable install!!!).

My husband worked with their employee while I was at work, he said the Loyear Technician was very nice and quickly got to work; he finished the job in less time than my husband thought it would take to clean our home.

But, my biggest kudos for Loyear Cleaning and Restoration is they saved my SHOES. We live at the bottom of a hill and when we had torrential rains, the sewer drains couldn't keep up with the massive amounts of rains and I found hundreds of gallons of water and sludge in my basement. I had over 56+ pairs of shoes stored in my basement, along with irreplaceable family photo albums. I thought all my special memories were ruined. But, Loyear came in with a special way to clean "contaminated" stuff (even my shoes) and saved everything! Literally, hundreds of dollars of personal items that would have been lost forever – cleaned! How can you thank someone for THAT?

I recommend Loyear, not only because of their attention to detail when cleaning, but because of their compassion with dealing with you when you've experienced a traumatic flood or unexpected fire. They know it was a hard call to make in the first place, but the hope they give you and the great follow through and attention to detail is more than any other company can offer.

This company has a D rating with the BBB. I would rate this lower if I could. Most of the employees are friendly. I have no issues there. I have found the company itself to be unreliable. They have a D rating with the Better Business Bureau. Do your research prior to hiring a company to come out to your home.
