Martini.
What a great Martini Menu. I suggest the "Fullmontini". It is a infused pineapple martini that will knock your socks off...

Overrated and snobbish service. Lights are too low, sodas are very small and you pay 2.00 per refill.

Classic Duluth.
This classic space with a dark interior and old world charm brings one back to an age of Four star dining. At times the mix of cliental is quintessential chic with a healthy brood of hipsters.
The long well crafted bar is attended by well versed and highly knowledgeable staff.
The serving staffs knowledge of the menu is emblazoned in there memory. There serving skills are as tight as a French bistro, never once did we have to ask for anything, the server and her team were one step ahead of us( as well as her four other tables). The menu is classic american steak house.
The post meal deserts are standard and safe, cheesecake, ice cream, as well as after dinner drinks. My party opted for the bar- the whole bar.
The evening at the Pickwick proved to me that and old school place can be new school hot spot.

Dine on the very best of Northern Minnesota cuisine while taking in a fantastic view of Lake Superior..
The Scene
By day, it offers a killer lake view, but by night, families and older folks dine in dark and cozy digs with a definite tavern feel. If you can, get a table in the Dutch Room, which has a huge fireplace and carved woodwork. The straightforward, seasoned servers are used to regulars but are helpful to newcomers.
The Food
You could order one of the impressively flavorful steaks for dinner, but with the lake fish so fresh, why bother? Start with the tender, not-too-smoky Lake Superior smoked white fish--best on a horseradish-slathered saltine. For the main course, broiled walleye pike is wonderfully fresh but a bit plain. The fried walleye is tops, but if you aren't willing to deep-six your diet, get half servings of both treatments. The incredibly fresh blueberry pie is a great dessert.

Best Restaurant in Duluth.
The Pickwick is by far the best restaurant in Duluth. Every time I go to Duluth to visit friends or family a trip to The Pickwick is always on the agenda. You simply can't beat the Pepper Cheeseburger with a side of Onion Rings accompanied by a frosted mug of Old Fashioned Root Beer or a drink from the bar. Chris, the owner, usually stops by everyone's table to make sure everything is ok. The service is superb and the place is always packed. Locals love The Pickwick and rarely tell the hordes of tourists about it in order to keep it to themselves. Enoy!

The Best in Twin Ports.
It doesn't get any better than the Pickwick. Start out with a seaside bloody mary in the bar with some home made onion rings (I recommend their sour cream) and then dine on fabulous cuts of either porterhouse or prime rib. Everything from the home made salad dressings down to the potatoe are the best. The broiler room is the place to be and Penny is the best waitress.
