Didn't stand behind the product they sold. We got informational brochures from Firelight galleries, we told that they knew all about what we were buying. They came to our house to advise us, delivered the product, but it didn't work as expected. Now they are claiming that they don't normally sell this brand, but that we insisted that they order it for us and they are not helping us with the problem. We spent quite a bit of money there.
