=D. Well, first off, the comment before this one is absolutely wrong. The guy in the parking lot is the Dairy Queen guy..and well you just kind of have to ignore him. Second, The Amazing Grace is where all of the "scene/emo" teenagers hang out. They're good, they just have an interesting? group if kids surrounding it 24/7. The people at caribou have always been polite and very welcoming. They really know their stuff and have been helpful. How was I to know that starbucks Carmel Macciatto is not a true one. The people at caribou have explain that there is NO steamed milk in a macciatto, which starbucks puts into theirs. Plus people there are always just SO friendly!!

Great customer service, fun staff, good drinks and free wifi. nice place to spend the day and surf the internet. parking is free. i'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. there are signs that say for Caribou customers only.

Gross. If you intend on having a cup of coffee, meeting a few friends you've come to the wrong place! That's right, go give another cafe some business. Why? If you've come to caribou coffee for fun, and want to take the fun elsewhere in canal park..there is a man that calls himself the owner and hangs out in the parking lot wanting to tow you! He will tell you it is not public parking, and insist you move your car. Even if you were JUST at caribou coffee. Great right? So, take your business down to the AMAZING GRACE. They have a bigger lot, better food/ coffee and service.
