Learned we were bad customers.
Our countertops are great! It's the service and general experience that fall considerably short of our expectations. Based upon our experience, here is what you can expect:
1) Extremely attentive initially, but extremely difficult to connect with after the contract is signed.
2) Our initial meetings were filled with horror stories of the other local companies' practices compared to his, i.e.,
