I went to order a Potato Flip with ham at this location like I have several times before. When I asked for ham instead of bacon the waitress told me she would have to ask the manager. The waitress then came back and said no! The manager said I would have to get a hole ham steak to get the potato flip with ham instead of bacon.

What I don't understand is my husband ordered a granny's omelet like ...

he has several times before and has not been told that he has to order a hole ham steak with his meal, further more I ended up ordering a ham and Cheese omelet and was not prompted to order a hole ham steak. So I guess in my eyes what is the difference in putting diced ham in a potato flip or in a omelet. On top of this the Cashier at the time was also very short with us when we tried to tell her about the BAD service.

I am definitely not happy with my experience at this location Superior Wisconsin on Highway 2 By Mcdonalds .



So One month later this is how it was handled.......

So this Sean the store owner left me a message ( on Oct 9th) and said sorry and will send me a gift certificate for there store. So 1 month later I call this Sean the store owner to see how he is handling it and if he still was sending a certificate and he tells me that it was a misunderstanding and he believes his staff and they did no wrong. They thought I wanted a hole ham with it for free. I told him No that is not what I asked for I asked for ham diced in stand of the Bacon. And if it was a misunderstanding Why did no one come and ask to clarify what I was looking for. I asked for a number for some one higher up then him and he said very rudely he is it. So then Sean at that point hung up on me. What a great way to run a business. So I do not recommended to go to this store on highway 2 in Superior WI.
